1. License to use Amblit Navigator (client program) and supporting documentation, help files and files for one year from the date that you install it on one computer system. The license and program allows up to five (5) distinct users to share use of the program in a non-concurrent fashion.

2. License to use one network based Semantic Agent for one year from the date that you install Amblit Navigator. Your Semantic Agent may be executed from any Amblit Navigator as long as you have a local account on that Amblit Navigator. Only one Amblit Navigator may communicate with your Semantic Agent at one time. Your Semantic Agent, which runs on an Amblit computer system, will be available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, less reasonable scheduled and unscheduled maintenance times.

3. License to use all non-subscription service agenst for one year from the date that you install Amblit Navigator through your Semantic Agent. There are currently no restrictions on how many service agents that you may execute at one time.

4. License to use new non-subscription service agents as they are developed and made available, during your existing one year service agent license.
