If you have installed the program, logged in and run it at least once, please see the next section, Existing User.
If you have NOT downloaded the product, please click HERE and follow the directions.
If you are having trouble downloading the product, please try at a different time of the day (when the network is not so busy). If that doesn't work, then use an FTP program, and download the program from: ftp://www.amblit.com/bin. We currently do NOT ship CD's of the product.
If you have downloaded the program and are not sure what to do next, please click HERE.
If the downloaded program does not give you a "Setup" dialog when you start it, either the program has been corrupted during the download or you are not executing the downloaded product installation program. First check that you are executing the correct downloaded program. If you are, then please try downloading the program again since it probably has been corrupted in transmission.
If the downloaded program is installed, but does not accept your activation key, please make sure that you are cutting and pasting all of the letters (spaces include) between the double quotes (e.g., "THIS IS A KEY"), and you are using the zip code that you used to purchase the product. If this still does NOT work, please email us with your name, telephone number, email address, date of purchase and best time to contact you.
